  Joined ADP via aquisition/alliance of Synthesisdesign, and downgraded role volunteerly as was too young ( 2yrs upon graduation)for an associate role,and thank God did that. Got immense opportunities in leadership roles, design development , process development ,BIM process refinement and Design Presentation to the reviewing authorities.
