  As an E2 Camp Counselor at Arizona State University, I lead groups of first-year engineering students through a series of activities aimed at introducing them to the ASU community and opportunities. In this role, I facilitate activities, moderate debriefs, and ensure a positive and engaging experience for all campers. I also promote communication, critical thinking, and inclusivity, while serving as a role model and maintaining professionalism. Show less At ASU TRIO Student Support Services, I work as a TRIO SSS Navigator, assisting low-income, first-generation, and students with disabilities at all four ASU locations. My role involves providing 1:1 academic support, executive functioning guidance, and mentoring to approximately 50 to 100 ASU TRIO participants. I conduct and lead student activities, collaborate with staff to enhance learning, and provide individualized coaching tailored to each participant's needs.My coaching focuses on soft skills like decision-making, problem-solving, and communication, as well as essential skills for university success such as time management, stress management, and self-advocacy.
