Responsible for reviewing business requirements for site enhancements and new products, creating project specifications and estimates, completing projects based on estimates, launching and supporting projects from development to live production environments. A New Ventures Division was created in 2003 to manage new technologies including mobile and instant messenger technology. As a Project Manager in this new division, I guided a group of UI and technical developers, managed new technology projects from creation to completion, as well as acted as technical liaison between Yahoo and MSN products.
