Supervised six divisions and 86 personnel. Awarded the red Engineering "E" for superior engineering performance and two Battle Efficiency "E" as the top submarine (#1 of 8) in the squadron.Squadron Engineer, responsible for the mentoring, supervision, inspection, and sustained superior performance of 16 submarine engineering departments. Distributed lessons learned and best practices to improve performance across the board for all engineering plan using High Velocity Learning.Engineering Department Director (Submarine Training Facility, San Diego), responsible for the funding, training plans, and execution of submarine and surface nuclear and conventional engineering training for 800 students.
