Currently leading the strategic company planning process with KONUX leadership team. Established a deep understanding how data science & adjacent teams work. Owned the research roadmap. Enabled and empowered up to 6 parallel research teams. Data science team doubled in size. Owned the communication of deep technical topics towards the rest of the company.
