  A few of my general responsibilities include overseeing and keeping track of all Employee Training, whether it be New Hire Training for all crafts people (Pipefitters. Boilermakers, Electricians, etc.) or Annual Training for steady employees, filing and helping to manage Workers Compensation Claims, preparing for new jobs and maintaining current jobs for the Safety Dept., managing the Drug and Alcohol Program, tracking Incidents and Near Miss/Good Catches, and updating, monitoring and distributing various Safety Reports.
