      China Power Complete Equipment Company (CPCEC) is the initiator and leader of power equipment procurement and surveillance. It is procurement and surveillance supplier of ITER.JOB DUTY: Procurement, surveillance, commercial management and responsible for optimizing the cost and schedule. Complete power plant equipment’s procurement. Develop the procurement plan for the new project. Develop the spare parts plan for the outage and preventive maintenance.  Tender management effectively, compiling list of qualified suppliers and setting up qualified standards. JOB DUTY: As Project Manager, coordinate cross-functional team work including design, safety, operation and procurement team and ensure the project timing, quality and efficiency. • Coordinate advance work including design, safety analysis and project timing plan. • Manage project cost, schedule, quality, safety, and configuration. • Coordinates with design, analysis, construction and procurement activities, ensuring a proper implementation of Quality Assurance requirements.• Organize the preparation of PSAR&FSAR.
