      Originally hired as Technical Illustrator and progressed through to Director as the business model changed from in-house graphics department to staffing organization specializing in proposal and desktop publishing support. Government/non-government proposals, publications, brochures, trade show displays, electrical/mechanical schematics, photography, slide presentations, patent drawings. Acted as liaison between major defense contractor and in-house graphic/technical illustrators. Responsible for training and supervising personnel within graphics/desktop publishing department. Job requirements included estimating / bidding proposals and negotiating contracts.
