      Managed a team of inspectors and clerks in the inspection and documentation of the heating equipment that we manufactured. Worked closely with the foundry management and engineering departments to reduce scrap and design for ease of manufacture. Worked diligently to Manage Certifications with the agencies that certified our products. (American Gas Association, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Canadian Standards Association)
