About me

As a Strategic Higher Education Leader with over 23 years of combined experience in the corporate sector and academia, I specialize in institutional governance, accreditation excellence, and transformational change. My leadership journey spans over a decade in senior academic administration, where I have guided diverse cohorts of students and faculty across UG, PG, and PhD programs. I am recognized as an Institution Builder, having founded the Global School of Finance & Accounting and for steering NAAC and NBA accreditations that have strengthened institutional quality and visibility. With a strong focus on program branding and industry integration, I have launched Industry collaborative MBA programs in partnership with IBM, PwC, ACCA, and Grant Thornton, along with forging international collaborations with leading global bodies like ACCA and universities including RMIT (Australia) and Zhejiang University (China). As a scholar, I have published 65+ research papers in Scopus, ABDC, and Web of Science journals, authored/edited five books, and successfully supervised 12 PhD scholars. I also serve as an Editorial Board Member of the Journal of Global Responsibility (Emerald Publishing) and as a NAAC Empaneled Assessor. Known for combining corporate acumen with academic vision, I continue to drive strategic governance, global engagement, and sustainable growth, positioning institutions for the next level of excellence in higher education.
