      • Started as Trainee in Birmingham for 6 months and then was fast tracked to a senior position after demonstrating competence and learning. • I was recommended to move onto the Colt Telecomm project, which involved travelling round Germany, Holland, Belgium and France working on the next generation of DWDM equipment. • I also went to Italy, to initiate, and deliver training for Italian Engineers on Nortel LH equipment (DWDM).
