  Educate students on various topics in public administration, criminal justice, Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET), Detention Officer Certification (DOC), LEO leadership, and LEO in-service training. Responsible for providing and coordinating career services to students, alumni, employees, and members of the community at Richmond Community College. Serve as the institutional academic director for university transfer services with internal as well as external constituencies. Work collaboratively with the VP of Instruction to assist in developing, implementing and maintaining articulation agreements, transfer equivalencies, and 2+2 agreements. Counsel prospective transfer students through recruitment and enrollment activities. Assure high-quality service to transfer applicants from recruitment to enrollment by coordinating recruitment efforts, application processing, transcript evaluations, articulation agreements, registration, and orientation activities. Perform administrative support duties for the Vice President of WED to include event/meeting scheduling, document preparation, and class auditing paperwork. Additionally, ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the center.
