      At Wegmans, I worked at the Service Desk answering phones, fielding customers' questions, complains and concerns. I was responsible for managing several POS systems simultaneously, including a cash register, a MoneyGram terminal, a NYS Lottery terminal, and a payroll/check cashing station. In addition, I serviced the Front End as a Coordinator, responsible for up to 18 cashiers at a time, assisting them with routine and unexpected issues, scheduling breaks and shift changes as necessary, as well as transporting money to and from the PayRoll office, and fielding customer complains and concerns.       I spent the summer following my freshman year at Ithaca College working directly with the Professional Development Coordinator, Alumni and Corporation Relations Coordinator, and the Deans' Staff of the Ithaca College School of Business to revamp, energize, and engage the Business-Link Professions Program.       During my time at Frannie Haranin State Farm in Ithaca, I worked alongside the agent and her team members to accomplish daily tasks including scheduling appointments, fielding calls, and providing quotes for auto and renters insurance. My main objective during my internship was to promote the State Farm Bank products to the college communities in Ithaca, NY, including and especially the State Farm checking accounts and credit cards.

      Planned and marketed events tailored to clients requests and college guidelines. Starting with a room reservation, I contacted clients who were interested in holding an event and helped them set a room layout, catering, and audio/visual needs. In addition, I helped clients create a marketing plan for their event, including using social media, posters, LCD screens, and out of the box human interaction. Events that I planned ranged from small campus club meetings to department gatherings and 700+ person concerts.I am also responsible for managing events that I plan, as well as events planned by my colleagues and superiors. These events range from small 10-15 people presentations to 1,000+ guest Office of Admission open houses, to 2,500+ guest conferences.
