  HR en operationeel verantwoordelijk voor +/- 20 servicemedewerker/klachtafhandelaars in de KPN XL Winkels (Retail). Tevens verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van de dienst Service Experts. Servicegerichte dienstverlening met commerciële instelling en uitgangspunten. Training gegeven op verschillende portfolio’s van KPN aan medewerkers binnen het KPN Contact Center. Trainingen varieerden van proposities zoals zakelijke markt mobiel verkoop en consument vast service tot aan communicatietrainingen en als basis voor veranderingen Combinatiebaan waarin ik 20 uur per week als trainer-coach operationeel verantwoordelijk was voor een team van +/- 20 medewerkers en HR verantwoordelijk bij afwezigheid teamleider. In de andere 20 uur hield ik me bezig met de implementatie van een nieuw CRM/op maat gemaakt 360 graden app op de afdeling (Siebel i.c.m. KPN Agent Desktop). Betrof parttimewerk (20 uur) naast mijn studie. Gestart voor een jaar op een ordernavraagdesk, vervolgens overgestapt naar de technische helpdesk waarna ik al snel nieuwe medewerkers mocht begeleiden en dienen als vraagbaak voor de afdeling.
