  Residential Child Care (Crisis Intervention)
  This position allowed me to work alongside young people between the ages of 11 and 17, who have had issues within the care system in the UK, resulting in extreme behaviours and an inability to stay in their current placements.What we do, is to remove that young person from the environment which has consistently triggered extreme behaviours, and use outdoor adventure activities and sympathetic staffing ratios to encourage self-development.
