Additionally, I managed the controlling of additional costs for non-productive costs and prelim expenditure where I gained valuable experience in decision-making. As well as this, I independently monitored and controlled the quality of production and approved stage completions improving my attention to detail. I managed payments to sub-contractors, whilst ensuring customer service remained of the highest priority at all times with everyone on site.
