Drive the centre team to deliver growth of Advantage portfolio and manage performance tightly through reward and recognition of performers and consequence management for non-performers.• Establish and demonstrate uncompromising customer service standards and relationship management to retain both new and existing customers through constant contact and relationship deepening with the customers.• Ensure training and development is embedded in the centre team i.e. Soft skills, product knowledge, selling and operational skills and promote a culture of performance, belonging and ownership amongst the colleagues.• Plan and execute a micro marketing calendar of monthly, quarterly and half yearly events/activities that aim at ensuring the centre’s business objective i.e. sales, service, relationship management and operational goals are met.• Review the accounts opened, credit applications, excess limits, PAR migration and manage within approved limits and ensure compliance to Enterprise Wide Risk Management framework.• Oversee and support the centre’s customer service and sales support needs and offer timely and effective resolutions for all escalated customer complaints and calls.• Overall management of the branch through effective utilization of resources and foster a positive, professional work environment that encourages ideas and i9nnovative problem solving.• Motivate, coach and develop a high performing team.
