  As Head of Gaming my role oversaw the project introducing bingo and B3 gaming to the, 61 strong, sports bar estate on the High Street. This involves managing key relationships with the board, Gambling Commission, Bingo Association, Local Authorities and operations. I owned full supplier contracts and P&L responsibility, delivering and composing all machines and compliance training. I took huge pride in developing the people and changing the culture of the industry to having a machines led focus.
