  - Managing all kind of daily operation and maintenance activities, strategic planning for 23.1 MW GE Jenbacher Engines JMS620GS-N.L Power Plant & 132/6.3 kV Grid Station including special/project works.- Involvement in WHRs Project from Electrical side for Erection, Commissioning, Testing and successful start-up of Waste Heat Recovery system from the Exhaust of Cement Plant and Power Plant by M/s. Sinoma (China). Has been involved with foreign experts for Hot/Cold Tests of equipment, Hi-Pot tests, Relay Configurations/Testing, Impedance test, CT ratio verification, SCADA System configuration for Electrical MV Network topology.- Supervision of Operation and maintenance of Cement Plant Grid station, Relay configurations, MV trolley maintenance's, Grid yard equipment & 20 / 26 MVA Power Transformer routine inspection and maintenance.- All arrangements for Regular/Special maintenance. - Pursuance of continues operation of all engines and arrangement of all required parts.- Managing Internal/External Audits and Justifications against their Observations.- Arrangement of repairing of Part/equipment via economic route in-house as well as from local markets. - Monitoring of lube oil analysis as well as Engine health conditions with ongoing parameters/alarms for all seven Engines.- MSA indenting and verification of its quotations/ pursuance till delivery and Inspection of Material on arrival of Parts (PDI). - Preparation of MoMs agendas, arrangement of meetings, discussion on open forum with O & M Contractor and submission of MoUs with resolution of issues.- Ongoing issues/forthcoming planning with O & M Contractor ans management for progressive work platforms during shutdowns. - Timely SSGC billing verification, Monthly generation reports, dispatch and HESCO billing verification. - Monthly Electrical Inspectorate data and yearly license renewal. - Proposing Yearly capital/revenue budget.
