Self-driven, Creative and committed individual with 9 years of hands on experience in GIS (Geographic Information System) application development & managing projects in the area of GIS-GPS for enterprise wide geospatial needs. Expertise in design and development of GIS applications on open source GIS and ESRI product suite. Experience in customization of open source GIS products (QGIS, GeoServer ), ESRI products like ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server and ArcSDE mainly for telecom domain. Worked in customer facing roles for Telco Proximus, Belgium (formerly Belgacom) and Ozone Action Dept, UNEP, Paris. Good knowledge on ArcObjects, Python, .Net, ASP.Net, Javascript, HTML5, PostgreSQL, PostGIS, Pgpl/SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, Subversion, Nokia QT, GoogleMap APIs. Worked on specialized GIS utility products like Ericsson Network Engineer (NE) and ArcFM. Strong technical skills well versed with requirement gathering, application development, database modelling and an innovative problem solving approach has resulted in successful accomplishment of many complex projects.
