      I ran the stress management course, mindfulness based stress reduction course (MBSR) and compassion focused therapy course. I also worked as a therapist helping individuals with difficulties such as generalised anxiety; social anxiety; depression; seasonal affective disorder (sad); relationship issues; anger management; stress management; panic disorder; phobia; OCD; low self esteem and confidence, coping with divorce, long-term health problems and much more.

      My current role is two fold - I work as a CBT therapist at Plymouth Options and privately as a therapist treating people with difficulties such as generalised anxiety; social anxiety; depression; seasonal affective disorder (sad); relationship issues; anger management; stress management; panic disorder; phobia; OCD; low self esteem and confidence, coping with divorce, long-term health conditions and much more.I use mindfulness meditation personally and therefore am fully aware of the positive effect it can have on health and well-being. Research shows that people who practice mindfulness and self-compassion have better mental health, less anxiety and depression and are more successful at meeting goals. Show less
