      As a Student Information System (SIS) Consultant, I worked with the AHEA team to develop higher education applications, specifically an SIS that leverages existing open-source software. I performed system functionality assessments and gap analyses to inform AHEA’s software development strategy. I also led the creation of business process maps, personas, and user stories for the SIS, and was involved in testing for other products in AHEA’s pipeline.
