      Originally employed by Total Interiors, Queenstown in 2001, I went on to become a 50% Shareholder, and the business was renamed ‘Foster and Burke Design’ in 2003. With changing priorities, Foster and Burke Design ceased to do business in 2019 and ‘stephen burke designs’ was created. Design modalities have included, Interior Design; Space Planning, Specification and Fit-out for: residential, corporate office, hotel, and hotel restaurant and bar. Project locations include: New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, and the United Kingdom-Conceptual Design based on client brief-Return Brief including Design Presentation Boards-Space Planning -Plans: Floor, Electrical and Data, Plumbing, RCP, Elevations and Joinery etc.-Project Manage - to sign-off-Bespoke Furniture Design-Documentation including FF+E-Purchase Orders and Invoicing-Building alliances with fabric and furniture suppliers -Procurement: furniture, hardware, fabrics, accessories etc.-Installation for complete Fit-out – Turn Key-Accounts, inwards, outwards and reconciliation-Marketing: approach and build relationships with potential clients and alliance partners-Management, Supervision and Training of junior staff Show less
