      This role required me to maintain systems and troubleshoot technical issues across four client contracts in the education sector that I managed individually, supporting approximately 150-200 users per site. Efficient organisation, prioritisation and planning each day to ensure all problems were resolved on time was imperative. The role was primarily client facing, which required provision of excellent customer service to maintain long lasting business relationships. Typical duties exclusive of my two most recent positions include: - Windows XP Pro/Vista maintenance and troubleshooting.- Server 2000/2003 administration.- PC imaging using Symantec Ghost software.- General software troubleshooting and respective demonstrations (experienced with all MS office packages).- Interactive whiteboard, projector and AV equipment troubleshooting.- VERITAS Backup Exec configuration and maintenance. Additional work included assistance with site surveys, leading to new IT systems and network installations and upgrades. This allowed me to gain experience with a variety of hardware and software packages as well as in the installation and configuration of networks both hardwired and wireless, data point, router and switch installation and access point setup.
