      As Maintenance & Planning Leader, I am accountable for the leadership, development and execution of maintenance activities in the Clearwater area. This is accomplished by supervising the Maintenance Team consisting of Foremen, Craftsmen and Planners/Schedulers in all aspects of the core business, including safety, cost, volumes and people. In this role I served as the Tactical and Operational horizon focal point for the integrated planning and scheduling system. I provided ownership, leadership and guidance for the development and implementation of all approved integrated planning and scheduling processes within the Western Canada Business Unit (WCBU). As Maintenance Leader, I am accountable for the leadership and execution of maintenance activities in the Deep Basin area. This is accomplished by supervising the Maintenance Foremen, and by coaching and mentoring Mechanical, Instrumentation and Electrical craftsmen and contractors in all aspects of the core business, including safety, cost, volumes and people. The Maintenance Foreman coordinates the execution of field maintenance activities. This is accomplished by supervising, coaching and mentoring craftsmen and contractors in all aspects of the core business- safety, cost, volumes and people. Field project manager for automation of Three Hills Creek and Ghostpine gas fields. Supervised several crews through all stages of construction and commissioning of 350 RTU's and two Honeywell Experion SCADA host systems. Upon completion of construction remained in area as local automation support providing training to field operations as well as completed system upgrade and maintenance to Bristol Babcock RTU's, MDS and Freewave radio network, plant DCS system and SCADA host. Responsible for the operation of gas and oil wells in field along with all associated compression and processing facilities.
