  Was involved with Unnayan and Granodaya, two major Ed- tech projects covering the entire state of Bihar and Jharkhand and several districts of Odisha, Assam and Arunachal Pradesh. It covered more than 5000 schools and more than 2 lakh students with the aim of minimizing the gulf in the educational opportunities in the schooling system of this country. The work involved:- Conceptualizing and strategically planning the execution of projects in new locations and demographies. - Designing multilingual contextualized course content for k12 students.- Building an AI-driven personalized learning platform for students- Building an automated monitoring system to bring efficiency and transparency in the education system.- Expanding the program-business by bringing in new clients, managing multiple government and non-government stakeholders at the level of State Administration, District Administration, CSR partners and other business partners.- Analyzing the performance of projects by defining KPIs such as conducting the analysis of students’ performance.- Rolling out the digital content at the state level for k-12 on DD Bihar, DD Jharkhand and DD Rajasthan since lockdown started due to COVID-19 outbreak.
