  - Developed the FY13 financial budget models to be used by General Merchandise buyers and analysts.- Predicted the weekly General Merchandise sales and profit at category level and reported this to the Head of GM.- Created Profit and Loss statements for events on the Seasonal Aisle such as Father’s Day, Easter and Jubilee. Further analysis was carried out to compare this to last year figures and how the event performed against forecast.- Analysed the Clothing and General Merchandise promotions for a 4-week cycle to determine how items performed against forecast and previous cycles. This involved monitoring total stock and stock in store throughout the cycle to predict weekly sales.- Adhoc: Analysis of the iPAD launch to determine how profit margins were affected by employee discount and the future of the tablet market. Involved testing the raw data and running both systems in parallel for a specified period to ensure an accurate implementation.- Automated the template used to repoint revenue from one function/account to another. A positive impact as it increased the speed of creating repoints at month end and reduced the number of errors made.- Designed a forecasting tool to allow analysts to determine how a change in the percentage of completion of a project would have an impact on revenue recognition for the month.
