  As a regional coordinator my job was to write grant applications, organize youth events around the Erasmus+ Programme, manage the projects and report about them. I also coordinated and supervised the work of two other youth organizations in the region and report about their work repeatedly.

  During my one year as an EVS volunteer at REDE, I was mainly organizing trainings, youth activities, and street actions as well as translating documents from Hungarian to English, taking photographs, writing a blog, making short videos and also managing the social media platforms of the organization.

  Intern

  I was selected for a highly competitive internship program of Hungary's Secretary of State, called the Kőrösi Csoma Sándor Program. As an intern I was sent to Cork, Ireland to the Hungarian School and Pre-school for 9 months in order to teach in the school and to organize cultural and leasure activities for the local Hungarian community.

  I studied conservation biology at the University of Lisbon. Courses were held in Portuguese, while I delivered my project works and exams in English. I gained not only theoretical, but many practical skills and information through getting familiar with conservation, GIS and statistical (R) softwares and field work.

  Research assistant

  While working as an assistant I helped out in the background research for several ongoing studies, mostly on the field of urban ecology of Parus major (Great tit). I collected and organized data in several databases and made several short analysis.I also worked on the field and collected data for long-term studies on the fitness of tits in urban versus natural habitats.

  Working at WWF is the chance for me to combine the two biggest passion of my life: education and the love of nature. As an environmental education specialist I develop educational materials, organize events, take part in awareness raising campaigns and building a community of volunteers around the organization.
