  Indian youth delegation to russia 🇷🇺

  A visit of 46 membered Indian Youth Delegation to Russian Federation was conducted by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, India from 3rd to 13th July 2017. The aim was to understand their culture, sharing of ideas and opinions in a healthy way to promote a friendly interaction and relationship between the two nations. As part of this, the itinerary included places and sites of Cultural and Historic importance apart from visits to Universities and institutes of diplomatic ties.India Russia are not just a defence partner but a major strategic ally in each and every field of co- operation, Whether it may be military, defence, space, energy etc etc. since the inception of independence in India, Russia was one of the key countries who established Diplomatic relations with India. India got independence in 15th august 1947 & almost four months before; i.e. 14th April 1947, Russia established diplomatic relations with India.This year both regions are celebrating 70th Year of diplomatic relations& I think inviting Indian Delegation to commemorate 70th year of our relations itself defies willingness to left no stone unturned from our Russian counterparts. On one hand we have one of the military superpower of the world, one of the most natural resourceful country of the world& On the contrary we have youngest nation of the world i.e. more than 700 million& most of them are less than 35 years of age that accounts for almost 10 percent of the youth population of world, one of largest English speaking country of the world, country in which youth are willing to take up any challenges.
