  -Overall planning and design of all mechanical services for a given development. The range of services included ACMV system, Fire protection system, Hydraulic system, LPG system, Swimming pool filtration system, BMS system. - Works in conjunction with architects, C&S engineers, QS and other consultants to achieve specified design intents.- Attend client-consultant, technical, site meetings and tender interviews. - Liaise with relevant authorities to obtain approvals- Budgetary cost estimation and ensure allocated budget not exceeded. - Prepares tender and contract documents. - Ensures that all mechanical works are implemented as per issued design drawings during the construction phase. - Monitors construction progress and ensures that the contractors adhere to a stipulated project timeline.-Site inspection, valuation and verification of progress claims.
