Ensured compliance for USAID’s human rights consortium of 12+ international development organizations and developed policy materials, events, and quarterly reports for the donors. Contributed to daily management, including scheduling meetings and ensuring good internal communications amongst the partners and relevant USAID Missions.Coordinated presentations between HRSM partners and USAID/Headquarters and mission staff, including the development of documents and memos, accessed by missions to track all work carried out by the program. Managed Freedom House engagement on the State Department’s Fundamental Freedom Fund as the main point of contact.Organized and contributed proposals for the U.S. government, philanthropic foundations, and foreign aid agencies.       The Consortium for Elections and Political Process Strengthening (CEPPS) pools the expertise of three premier international organizations dedicated to democratic development: the International Foundation for Electoral Systems, the International Republican Institute and the National Democratic Institute. As a Program Officer for the mechanism, I work co-equally with the three institutes to implement the Global Elections and Political Transitions (GEPT) Program, a USAID-funded Leader With Associates (LWA) award.Manages over $1 billion in federal funding for democracy assistance programs on two large grants spanning more than 140+ countries. Collaborates with diverse constituencies to establish high-level strategic goals for the global award, including developing a policy and outreach campaign that repositioned the consortium for a successful rebid in 2021.
