Jul 2019 - nowThe Consortium for Elections and Political Process Strengthening (CEPPS) pools the expertise of three premier international organizations dedicated to democratic development: the International Foundation for Electoral Systems, the International Republican Institute and the National Democratic Institute. As a Program Officer for the mechanism, I work co-equally with the three institutes to implement the Global Elections and Political Transitions (GEPT) Program, a USAID-funded Leader With Associates (LWA) award.Manages over $1 billion in federal funding for democracy assistance programs on two large grants spanning more than 140+ countries. Collaborates with diverse constituencies to establish high-level strategic goals for the global award, including developing a policy and outreach campaign that repositioned the consortium for a successful rebid in 2021.
