  As part of the University of Strathclyde Leadership Development Programme, I participated in a group consulting project for Morgan Stanley, focusing on their ESG Reporting. Our project was designed to thoroughly investigate Morgan Stanley's current ESG practices, and make recommendations for improvements.Our project involved conducting both primary and secondary research. We interviewed Morgan Stanley employees and managers to gain insights into their current practices, and we also analyzed external sources of information. To analyze this information, we used a variety of analysis tools such as SWOT, Competitor Analysis, PESTEL, STIRDEEPER, and more.After gathering and analyzing all relevant data, we used our findings to formulate effective recommendations and solutions to improve Morgan Stanley's ESG Reporting. These recommendations were based on the specific project brief we were given.Finally, we presented our findings and recommendations to the Morgan Stanley management and employees. Overall, our project was focused on providing practical and actionable recommendations that would help Morgan Stanley improve its ESG Reporting practices. Show less
