Implement succession planning initiatives to ensure a strong leadership pipeline- Implement tools and processes for assessing employees' skills, competencies, and potential for HAV Mapping and create development guidance for IDP and to achieve succession strategies- Collaborate with HRBP to identify performance & competency gaps and develop targeted development plans for employees.
