  Child Labour Programme Assistant

  Conducted extensive desk research on child labor in cotton and gold supply chains, a cornerstone for launching the Child Labor in Supply Chains program. Collaborated with partners to devise innovative strategies, focusing on locally owned advanced internal management systems. I also handled communication, strategy input, and web monitoring tools for the team. Organized a successful workshop in Switzerland for a potential project in Togo, including local stakeholders, and promoted cross-functional cooperation within the organization. Show less

  Lead grant cycle management & drove strategic fundraising programs, supervisory role.Managed grants and curated donor relations, including proposals, contracting, project monitoring and reporting, with a total of CHF 6 Million managed over the past 4 years. I submitted applications for a total amount of EUR 4.5 million in 4 years, was successful in securing EUR 2.6 million (individually). I created more than 50 donor profiles and drafted thematic fundraising strategies.Lead the Women in Cotton Accelerator program, including program co-design, logframe matrix creation and coalition building for implementation in India and Pakistan - overall acting as a bridge between ideas and strategy.Conducted field visits for project monitoring - last one in India to monitor GIZ project progress in Maharashtra. Served as a crucial link between the global team, country offices, and partner organizations, focusing on rural development’s intersection with gender, livelihoods, and decent work. Show less
