  As an FLM for Business Services I am responsible to ensure support is provided to client groups within the station supporting both 35hr and shift organizations while meeting our critical task requirements. I also work to ensure Document Management processes and procedures are being followed and retention requirements are met. Within Business Services I have had the opportunity to support Bruce Power as an FLM in both Document Management as well as Administrative Services providing me the knowledge and skills to be successful and better understand the impact one can have on the other.
