  Certified feng shui consultant for 18 park project jersey city

  The building site is located between Marina and Light rail station in Liberty Harbor North in New Jersey with a stunning view of the Skyline of Manhattan. The future building on block 11 has great potential to attract a ray of sophisticated, educated, diverse and design oriented tenants. The façade is comprised of a shifted pattern combining two or more windows to break the scale of the block, making it more grand. All windows have the exact same dimension allowing for construction efficiency. The windows are combined with metal panels, which are framed by the modular brick skeleton that generates the main building aesthetic. The required vertical differentiation is created by introducing more vertical and formal openings at the base and the top. Ms. Cerrano was called in on an as needed bases. Show less

  I was the Feng Shui consultant for "The Vista" project located at 44-15 Purves Street in Long Island City, NY. From day one, this large construction project incorporated Feng Shui into the exterior and interior design plans that would best accommodate the layout and environment. On September 27th, 2013, The Vista was blessed with Lion Dancers to complete the construction and offer years of blessings for protection, Abundance and luck.
