Show less WORKING EXPERIENCE: 12 Sep 11- Ongoing Bahrain telecommunication company ( Batelco) Human Resource Division- Policies & Remuneration Manager Main Responsibilities:− Review organization’s pay philosophy ( pay mix, pay level, pay structure) including external & internal competitiveness analysis of the current pay policy & practice. − Analysis for salary benchmarking survey (Local & Regional survey). − Job analysis of new & updated jobs. − Develop & review job descriptions including Executive/ Non-Executive jobs.− Provide advice & guidance to all senior managers with regards jobs creation, job size and team structure − Manage job evaluation – Hay Evaluation system - process from checking adequacy and ‘true reflection’ of job descriptions, preparing submissions to the Evaluation Committee, & up to presenting executive managements any changes in planned manpower. − Revamped HR policies & procedure to be aligned with the new business strategies & new labor law. − Working closely with HR GM on various HR strategic initiatives , proposing various initiatives for cost reduction & efficiency maximizing. − Review& develop HR policies & guidelines i.e. (Annual Bonus Policy, Mobile Guideline, and Front-liner Program). − Conduct analysis of the proposed changes in organization structures in various units and departments. − Review of the existing benefit schemes and policies and propose changes and/or new schemes to maintain cost effectiveness, improvement, and employee retention as well as to attract high calibers from the labor market to meet corporate strategies and objectives. − Maintain professional contacts with major organizations locally /regionally to obtain efficient exchange of HR information for the various benchmark studies conducted i.e. pay policies, benefits, staff terms and conditions.
