ALWAYS ON-CALL, always avail., & also on call to 4 dozen different Children's Hospital's across the nation and to Police Dept's and Sheriff Dept's , etc., & "F.B.I."​ HQ and CIRG offices, "USMS Marshall Services"​ Offices, ATF etc. ,across the nation , and we also allow each member 3 FREE 15lbs. apiece "Treasure-Chest Toyboxes"​ per year, also, from our main Hdqtrs. in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.. While it can be challenging, it's a job we love to do !! ( It originally started as a thought that I had considered doing during the Spring of 1988 , and became a reality then on March the 5th, 1989, when we opened for business , & the rest, as they say, is history !!)....I am also 1 of the 20 or so " Federal level Special Guardian Ad Litem Protectorates for infants, toddlers, children and family courts " to protect & guard children 24/7, & against criminals who'd hurt/kill a child victims ages 1 day old to 18yrs of age, since June 5th, 1995, to be able to work in any or all of the 50 states when needed, etc....(I've currently worked in 16 different states in those 21yrs...)......   Executive chef and general manager, & creator of multi award winning sunday brunch

  Wonderfully busy Restaurant that sat 303 & was packed day & night (Thursday night thru Satur. night by 8pm we'd have a :90 mins waiting line out front!) & served an entire array of Tex-Mex and Spanish theme foods, fajitas, steaks & Chimichangas and seafoods there,in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. , and had a multi awards winning record setting "Sunday Brunch" that I created when I was hired & served as well, & I created 4 special different in house Children's desserts( aside from the standard desserts) that got raves in 3 Natl. newspapers, as well, and the ONLY reason I'm no longer there is the building sustained tons of water-weight damage to the roof and 2 fractured stress bearing walls after a Hurricane, and had to be closed down due to the costs involved, but without a doubt, it was my MOST FAVORITE restaurant to be a Chef at during my career ! Any night that they were covered by our other Executive Chef, I'd be brought in to handle Gen Mgmt. there up front and among the diners ! Show less

  ......Am under contract (but am still avail to the public, as well...) to act as a senior "Military aircraft (prop & jet & Stealth era ) & the 1st Combat flight tactics & Air to air battle & aerial Combat with short range weapons to long range weapons ( & historian and research in " ACM/Dog-Fighting developments and theory 1914 to 2016 and Air-combat & weapons " from it's inception during 1914 & World War 1 through to World War 2 & onward) to all metal, monoplane multi gunned fighters , then the dawning jet age in Korea & advent of "Close Air Support" , and then to current day air-superiority fighters from 1952 to where we are in 2016, with everything from the 1950's 1st Naval/Marine/USAF jet fighters to current day Generation 8/9 STEALTH A.I. fighters , Stealth Fighter Bombers & Heavy Bombers , & UAV, CUAV's and Predators , & Naval UAV carrier squadrons , etc., for T V channels, Historical shows, colleges, authors and Video game companies & researchers etc , as well as anybody in need of help with this area ., please contact me !....................(Current as of late January in 2017...) ....   As our National Public-Relations & Charitable Chairman for "Kids that Care Pediatric & Cancer Fund" Charitable Org. in south Miami, Fla., it is my job to totally cover and take care of ANY/ALL of our children & teen members wishgrant requests and needs for wishes, like our multi awards winning "Team Mate 4 a Game Day " pro sports super wish events w/ the NFL, NBA, MLB & NHL, & Pro FIFA soccer teams , concerts or Meets N Greets with singers & bands , the newest, elite toys, dolls, games and video-games, remote-control vehicles, etc.,while they're at home OR in a hosp , or living at a "Hospice Villas" org, etc., (Covering everything from bringing a gourmet steak dinner w/ double-stuffed baked potato w/ cheddar & fresh salad to a hospitalized teenage girl in 1989, to visits to every theme-park in the country by now, to a girl member riding in a military " F - 15 E X Night Fighter" jet aircraft at 30,000 ft for :40mins , & everything in-between...!!!) and to rep our Natl Charitable org. to other Charities & sponsors in a professional & very capable manner, and our mission-statement to bring extremes of happiness & joy into our members lives on a DAILY BASIS , & to enhance the lives of any child who is dying, or is terminally-ill, or life-threatened by illness & joins , & bringing happiness and escape and joy back into their lives by showering them w/ kindness and compassion via our wishes and our "Treasure-Chest Toyboxes" for them, & their families , 24hrs. a day, 7 days a week, to the best of our abilities , because everyone of us on our staff have been there as a child battling FATAL or life-threatening illnesses, & we ALL understand the terror and trauma and anxiety it causes 24/7, & some STILL are now, as adults.- including BOTH Directors .......!! None of us have ever received a salary, or do now, we're Natl., non-profit, non-directors paid, tax-exempt(sec) 501(c)(3) IRS authorized , and we never close, WE'RE ALL ABOUT OUR KIDZ...........!!
