  Social skills were vital in my position as I had to interact with clients everyday and usually more than one at a time. The job also required a keen interest in both software and the hardware sides involved in working with computers. The job required everyone to work closely as a team and to communicate clearly the needs of the clients so that they were met as quickly as possible. Time management was essential and arriving on time was as important as staying late if the client’s needs required it. Also we had several occasions where emergencies occurred over the weekend and personal time had to be forfeited for the company. Show less
