Show less - Formulate the monthly segment action plans on the basis of the acquisition targets received from Supervisor by breaking down regional targets into territory and channel wise as per market potential and distributor concerns. - Share plan with Supervisor for review, recommendations and finalization.- Provide guidance to the SME Channel Managers for implementation of plan. - Allocate tangible and intangible resources effectively to ensure the regional target achievement.- Supervise and guide the SME Team to ensure acquisition performance of regional target achievement as per the plan.- Explore new revenue opportunities in existing & new accounts by developing an in-depth understanding of the business process of prospective accounts.- Analyze the customer usage pattern through scrutinizing daily usage, recharge and activation reports for the region to predict churn and identify the low revenue generating customers.- Research new revenue opportunities in existing/new segments by effective analysis of each segment and provide recommendations for exploitation to stakeholders.- Administer loyalty building initiatives for the channel, to reduce turnover for sales team; Plan and execute different engagement events such as sales force briefing sessions and competitions, quarterly business review of distributors etc to promote professionalism. - Devise contingency plans for changing market scenarios and execute if required.
