      Providing Quality management support and advice to Petrofac OPO and related Business Units within relevant to implementing/developing, monitoring and improving their Quality Management Systems (QMS). Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the Business Units QMS certification to ISO 9001.Duties include; -Day-to-day management of the OPO QMS to ensure alignment with business needs, continued compliance with ISO 9001:2008 and FPAL Verification process-Set up and maintain QMS certification status within other business units in line with Petrofac core values-Maintenance, development and approval of quality documentation and records to support the aim of developing the QMS to meet the accreditation requirements-Carry out Bi-Annual QMS reviews-Implementing Quality Strategies to provide a strategic approach to quality throughout the business and to minimise business risks-Quality function focal-point and support for OPO Business Management System (BMS)-Setting Quality objectives and Key Performance Indicators to measure performance-Acquire and analyse data to facilitate process analysis and improvements-Developing Business Improvement Plans and delivering Improvement projects -Drive the delivery of the business unit audit programmes-Preparing the company for audits and recertification visits-Monitor Quality Strategies & Quality Plans to ensure to ensure requirements are met-Review subcontractor quality system assessments as part of pre-qualification process-Provide guidance to business units on all matters relating to Quality-Conduct audits (Internal / External) in line with the company audit programme-Monitor and manage the process of both internal and external NCR’s and PIN’s-Manage Lessons Learned process and database-Design & Development of SharePoint based Petrofac Delivery System-Ensure records are established and maintained -Conduct root cause analysis & investigation-Provide Quality function input to the tendering process Show less
