  The Mobile Operations provides service and technical assistance to multiple network direct mobile and multi-product customer bases. The Technical Coordinator manages the relationships with internal and external suppliers/stakeholders so that processes work smoothly, stock is managed efficiently to ensure financials are beneficial, and continuous improvements are implemented where required.• Be 1st point of contact for technical escalations• Stock Management – ensure that all ordered stock is received and logged to ensure accuracy.
