Trained small business owners on principles of business development, financial management and record keeping to expand pre-existing businesses and/or start new small businesses.Developed comprehensive programs to standardize nutrition, birthing plans, and neonatal care institutions.Designed and implemented a school water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) curriculum by training teachers how to incorporate these lessons in their classes and how to improve existing WASH infrastructure.Fostered youth development at multiple schools by expanding school garden programs, exercise and fitness curriculums, life skills camps, geography classes, art literacy clubs and English language programs.Trained 38 new volunteers on sustainable agricultural practices.
