  Travel as needed to fill-in for RD's on vacation or vacant positions in Long term care facilities. In this respect, I am responsible for Nutritional Assessments, Care Planning, MDS completion as well as education of residents, staff and family members. I attend family and care plan meetings routinely. Complete Mock Surveys for both food service and clinical aspects of the Nutrition programs. Train newly hired RDs in relation to job, computer programs, etc.
