  Architect trainee

  Through my internship with MAP Architects and Engineers, I was introduced to the building design and construction process, the negotiation process with the clients, and the brainstorming discussion sessions within the team.As an Architect Trainee, I was assigned to develop a concept design for a residential complex, and later I was requested to transfer the conceptual design to an AutoCad drawing and to produce a 3D model using Rivet Software. As a final step, I worked with the team on producing the building construction drawings to be submitted to the Jordan Engineers Association, to get the necessary approvals to start the construction phase of the project. Through two weeks of my internship, I joined the site engineer in overseeing the work on the site to ensure the quality of work and the application of the building design correctly. Show less
