Strengths include: Procurement, Human resources, Budgeting, Communication, interpreting and following Federal regulations, Nutrition Standards, and more. Spearheaded $26 million grocery bid that covered most of the school systems (36) in North Georgia as a part of the Georgia Education Cooperative, Grocery Bid Chair. Everyday is a new and exciting challenge in child nutrition and one in which you know that when you achieve, a child gets to eat. During my tenure here I have implemented many new policies and procedures, pioneered ideas for the State Department and brought unconventional and effective ideas to our community to keep our students AND their families fed. Owner-Bob's Cycle Shop

My late husband and I purchased a long standing bike shop in the community. We closed it in 2011 due to the recession. In being a shop owner I was hands on in inventory, marketing, strategy, human resources, and more. Being from a sales family I did much of the training for the sales force and we were the "go to" shop for the area for sales and service for both road and mountain biking.
