  Electrical Technician/ Instructor/ DeveloperMaintenance of critical facilities involving operational systems for compliance in Delta’s Technical Operations Center, General Office Complex, Administrative building, Operations Control Centers, Training Center, and Air Logistics until 1992. Moved into developing and delivering training for safety and environmental compliance courses required by Technical Operations, ACS, GSE, Reservations, Air Logistics, and Subcontractors. Working with students and management in creating strategic and tactical plans for all of Delta’s safety and environmental issues they face daily on the job. On-going study and review of environmental regulations to insure that all courses being taught comply with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and FAA guidelines. Courses developed and taught include: Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response, Hazardous Waste Management, Fire Safety, Respiratory Protection, Confined Space Entry, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, and Lock-out / Tag-out.   Managing the service department which includes scheduling work , making sales calls to acquire electrical work with new customers, quoting electrical work and billing. Managing man power making sure work gets completed on time an within budget.Currently hold Master Electrical License in Virginia and Georgia. Managed complete installation of multi-million dollar projects from design build to direct bid. As a project manager we also estimate jobs ranging from several hundred thousand to over five million dollars in value.
