However, unlike our previous working arrangement, we are not considered employees of National Bank or Aligned Capital Partners Inc., but independent advisors; thus eliminating corporate pressures that can adversely affect us and our clients; such as proprietary product goals and minimum client size policies. We are very excited to work with Aligned Capital Partners Inc. Headquartered in Burlington Ontario, they will be providing us with all our operational, compliance and finance support.
