I coordinate all real estate transactions in our office. -I create databases of single-tenant retail properties-Research lists of commercial real estate properties using RealQuest Professional. -Determine if they fit our physical acquisition criteria, then search for the owners and obtain their contact information. -I make some notes on the property and input the data into the database.
