I report directly to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer, offering my experience and insights to continuously improve efficiency and the quality of patient care.• Successfully oversaw the operational opening of Inpatient Hospice at Emory Johns Creek Hospital, initiating two beds in September 2021. This strategic expansion enhanced the spectrum of patient care options.• Led a rapid improvement event as Process Owner on 3 Medical, meticulously reducing discharge turn-around times from 204 minutes to 141 minutes. This innovative approach streamlined patient flow and increased overall efficiency.• Authored and enforced the BOLO (Be On The Look Out) policy, a vital measure increasing awareness of potentially violent patients within the hospital.
